This baked potato recipe is an easy favorite. I set them out to cook while I do other things. Prepare the potatoes to your taste and direct towards the sun an additional 30 degrees west from the sun current position for continual cooking. If it’s not an optimal sunny day, then the oven may need to be aimed at the sun more regularly.

The potatoes in the images are the length of a hand. Smaller and/or cut potatoes will cook quicker.

Cook Time: 4 to 6 hours.
