Frozen Dinners
Cooking frozen solar oven frozen dinners is super easy. Just preheat oven, put the unopened meal/s on a tray and racks in the oven. Go do fun things. Cook until hot. Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the meal. Don’t puncture or open packaging. This releases the energy and may cause the inside of the Sunflair® cover to steam up and block the UV rays from entering the cooking chamber.
