Ingredients
1 pound (457 g.) either chicken, beef or pork
1 cup (229 g.) salsa
16 oz (457 g.) refried beans
1 cup (229 g.) shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup (114 g.) sour cream
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, diced
tortilla chips or taco shells
Directions
Preheat SUNFLAIR® oven. Pour salsa over meat. Cover and
cook for 2 – 6 hours. Shred with forks.
Spread chips over large serving tray. Layer refried beans,
pulled meat. Garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream,
avocado and tomatoes. Or make tasty tacos.
