Quinoa Burritos
Ingredients
- 1 Cup quinoa (170 g)
- 2 Cups water (473 ml)
- 1 Package burrito or taco seasoning
- 3 Green Onions chopped
- 1 Can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- tomato, cilantro, avocado, olives
Instructions
- Combine 1 cup (170 g) quinoa with 2 cups (473 ml) water, add a package of burrito or taco seasoning.1 Cup quinoa, 2 Cups water, 1 Package burrito or taco seasoning
- Then use complementary foods such as a few chopped green onions, or a can of drained and rinsed black beans, or perhaps cooked corn, maybe a chopped green pepper, etc.3 Green Onions, 1 Can Black Beans
